I saw Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief yesterday and enjoyed it so much! It felt like a modern version of Harry Potter mixed with The Chronicles of Narnia yet such a perfect pre-teen drama without any vampire drama which was really refreshing for a change :p It was nice to see Kevin McKidd from Rome (& I just realized he’s that perfect ‘other’ guy in Made of Honor) and Melina Kanakaredes from CSI:NY as one of the gods :) For $4, I think this movie was well worth it.
